Planetree Affiliation

In September 2009, Delnor Glen began our Planetree journey. The heart of Planetree is relationship-centered care, promoting healing environments and enhancing life’s journey.
 
While we have been practicing person-centered care for years, the leadership team felt that it was time to go from good to great. The timing couldn’t have been better, as Planetree was in the process of beginning a pilot program for Senior Living environments. We have been invited to be one of only 25 facilities in the country to take part of this program.
 
We are excited to be involved in this grassroots program and to see our community blossom. All who enter our doors will experience the difference.
